SAP32 is a high-performance liquid waste solidifier designed for the fast, hygienic management of liquid waste generated during tattoo procedures.
Powered by a highly absorbent sodium polyacrylate superabsorbent polymer, SAP32 rapidly absorbs liquid and transforms it into a stable, semi-solid gel — making waste easier to contain, handle and dispose of.
Capable of absorbing up to 32 times its own weight in liquid, a small amount of SAP32 goes a long way. Simply add it to contaminated rinse water or other suitable liquid waste and allow it to work. Within minutes, the free-flowing liquid is converted into a thick gel, helping minimise accidental spills and splashes during handling.
For busy tattoo studios, SAP32 provides a simple addition to your infection-control and waste-management routine.
1. Add
Apply the appropriate amount of SAP32 directly to the liquid waste.
2. Allow to Absorb
Allow several minutes for the polymer to absorb the liquid and form a thick gel.
3. Dispose
Once solidified, handle and dispose of the waste in accordance with applicable local requirements for the type of waste being generated.
SAP32 is based on sodium polyacrylate, a superabsorbent polymer capable of absorbing and retaining many times its own weight in liquid.
